Control Boxes
Depending on the model of lift you have, you will have either a Linak or Vito brand control box on it. This control box has the battery and hand controller connected to it and controls the operation of lift. Older models may not have had a charge window that shows the current battery charge level but the newer boxes are typically interchangeable with these. The single port control boxes are used on lifts that do not have powered rotation features like the Ranger 2 and Admiral. The dual port control boxes serve the lifts that have both lifting and rotation features.
For a short period we used an integrated battery and control box on the Ranger and the Scout. This product is no longer available and will have to be replaced with electronic upgrade kits. The part number you need for the Ranger upgrade kit is F-409CBK. The Scout upgrade kit is F-830.
